Gulfstream Adjuvant
Gulfstream Adjuvant is a nonionic surfactant and buffering agent that improves spray coverage and uptake. It is a low foaming, spreader-activator with buffering agents, formulated for use with insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and foliar applied nutrients.
Gulfstream Adjuvant contains a nonionic surfactant to promote fast spreading, uniform distribution and absorption of products. It also includes buffering agents to lower spray solution pH, which may reduce hydrolysis and has the potential to improve performance of certain products. Gulfstream® Adjuvant contains proprietary technology that reduces the smell and UV breakdown of some pesticides. Gulfstream® Adjuvant can be used with herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and foliar-applied nutrients to improve coverage and uptake.
Gulfstream Adjuvant Features:
* Reduces surface tension so droplets spread out over a larger area of the leaf surface

Gulfstream Adjuvant Uses/Applications:
Gulfstream Adjuvant is designed for use on plants to improve the effectiveness of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, defoliants, and foliar nutrients. Increases contact activity, reduces surface tension of spray droplets and improves spray penetration by providing more uniform spray coverage resulting in more thorough wetting of leaf surfaces and will aid in pesticide absorption y leaves. Contains proprietary technology that reduces the smell of some pesticides and UV breakdown of most pesticides. Contains buffering agents which lower the pH of the spray solution.
As a Spreader/Penetrator:
Herbicides: Gulfstream Adjuvant use rates vary from 1-4 pints (unless otherwise directed) per 100 gallons of spray solution with most post emergence herbicides that recommend the use of a nonionic surfactant on the label.
Defoliants:(Use with the magnesium and sodium chlorate/borate defoliants and herbicides.) Apply at a rate of 2 pints per 100 gallons of dilute spray solution when application is at the rate of 10 or more gallons per acre. Use 4 pints of Gulstream Adjuvant per 100 gallons of spray solution when the application rate is less than 10 gallons of spray solution per acre.
Insecticides, Fungicides, Miticides: Gulfstream Adjuvant may be used at a rate of ½-2 pints per 100 gallons of spray solution to enhance the wetting characteristics of spray solutions with an insecticide, fungicide or miticide.
