Mistaway Gen 1.3 – Gen 3 Auto Drain Valve Elbow

Used to dispense overflow liquid solution from the pump back into the drum or mixing tank.  Pressure must be maintained at the pump for it to work properly.   A clogged Auto Drain Valve will not allow liquid to by pass pump creating to much back pressure.  This could cause the pump to fail prematurely.  A missing Auto Drain Valve will not allow pump to create any pressure, thereby causing complete suction failure.  The Auto Drain Valve will also allow liquid in the pump to drain away from pump during off cycles which helps eliminate ice buildup during freezing temperatures.
