Advion Cockroach Gel Bait

Advion® Cockroach Gel Bait contains indoxacarb as the active ingredient which puts this insecticide in its own class of chemistry, oxadiazines. Use what professionals depend on and get the job done yourself using professional roach gel baits from Syngenta.

Advion Cockroach Gel Bait's chemical concentrates on a roaches nervous system. Once ingested, the targeted roaches own enzymes will turn against itself resulting in paralysis eventually leading to inevitable death. Furthermore, Advion® formula will infect other roaches through secondary kills. Most roaches are cannibals and will eat their dead. Advion®s formula will still be active inside a roaches dead carcass serving as a poisoned meal for their colony. Even for the toughest roach infestations, Advion will control and manage your roach problems without a hitch. Many professional pest control operators rely on Advion® roach gel baits for its quick and effective performance. Even bait averse roaches will find Advion®s gel formula alluring. Applying Advion® cockroach gel baits will get rid of your cockroach infestation. Use what professionals depend on and get the job done yourself using professional roach gel baits from Advion®.

Indoors - apply small 1/4" size placements inside cabinets, along counters, baseboards, in cracks, crevices and other places where cockroaches are found. Outdoors, apply 1/4" placements in and around pipes, cracks, utility lines and other entry points. Use 3 - 5 placements every 10 linear feet. For best results and ease of application, use the Maxforce Gel Bait Gun.

Target Pests:
Designed to control pest species of cockroaches including German, American, Australian, Smoky-Brown, Brown, Asian, Oriental, and Brown-Banded. The slight delay in mortality caused by the active ingredient, indoxacarb, allows cockroaches to consume the bait and return to the harborage site to contaminate other cockroaches resulting in significant reduction in infestation levels.

I live in a single wide trailer house and have roaches. I have tried everything that I can think of to get rid of them, including signing a contract with ORKIN. That has done me no good. They have not gotten rid of anything. I need help and "the experts" have been NO HELP.

The roaches are in my plants and in all of my furniture. The cabinets in my kitchen are unusable because of these things. I have dogs and cats, so I need something that won't hurt them.

What can I get or do to get rid of these nasty things? Please help!

Ive had german roaches for awhile now and ive moved in with my grandfather. Ive found some roaches there now around my electronics and assume thats how they got there. There only a few adults (now dead). I only find babies now around the system, there us no food or water near I stay on the other side of the house, which is quite large. Only two rooms have heating (not mine) and it being winter it stays cold there. Since ive kept it cold and took all food and water away they aren't as active they move slow and I haven't seen a single adult since. Although maybe I'm missing them. There are two rooms near me with heat I don't know if thats good or bad for them. Ive put the flatscreen tv, Xbox one, and ps4 in doubled up trash bags. I'm also buying roach motels, bombs, and spray. If anyone could tell if there is eggs is the ps4, Xbox, and tv will they starve in the bags including the eggs? How long will it take? Is there anything in the house I could do to kills those? Also I should clarify money is very tight so I can't afford and extirminator. Any help would be appreciated. If I left any important info please ask. See more »

I have a great article on how to kill German Cockroaches here - https://www.epestcontrol.com/articles...

As far as electronics, use Cockroach Gel Baits such as Advion or Vendetta. These baits come in a small syringe. Place a small pea size dab of bait on the rear of underside of this equipment. In some cases, you can take covers off and apply the bait inside. Never use sprays or dusts around electronics, baits only.

In some cases, you can take place electronics in a black plastic trash bag and place it in the sun. The heat generated by the black plastic will help to kill… See full answer »

As long as they do not eat the bait, there should be no problem. Be sure to place the bait in cabinets, drawers, shelves, etc. where pets cannot get to it. As far as being toxic to pets, they would have to eat a lot of bait to make them sick. Be sure to place small pea size dots of bait and this way there would not be enough bait to cause any issues if they were to eat it.

Any of the roach gel baits are perfectly safe for use around pregnant women, children, pets, etc. Just be careful not to place the bait near areas where children or pets can reach them, such as on the floor, on baseboards, etc. Keep it high, such as in cabinets, along counters, behind the refrigerator, in closets, etc.

They are probably equal in effectiveness. If the roaches (regardless of species) eat or consume either one, they die.

I really like the Maxforce products, and we sell a lot of Maxforce FC. However, Advion, is also very effective and we get reports of it working better in certain situations when the Maxforce FC does not provide full control. It's a toss up.

Advion Cockroach Gel Bait should last 2-3 years. The active ingredient will last much longer, but the attractiveness of the bait will diminish after 2-3 years. It can also harden up making it unusable. For best results use within 1 year.

The red plug on Advion Roach Bait is actually a cap that screws off. Simply twist it off, then find one of the needle injector tips that we sent and twist one on. When finished, take of the injector tip, and put the red cap back in place. This will help to keep the bait from drying out. Its basically a seal cap.
