CONTRAC Pellets Place Pacs is an excellent clean-out and maintenance bait to control mice and rats, including warfarin-resistant Norway rats. CONTRAC comes in pre-measured polyglassine place pacs that keep pellets fresh and free from contamination until rodents open the place pacs with their gnawing. The slender place pacs can be used in hard-to-reach locations or in bait stations placed along rodent runways. The versatile place pacs can also be used in burrows as needed.

CONTRAC Pellets Place Pacs Uses/Applications:
Determine areas where rats or mice will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these areas are along walls, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed places, between floors and walls, or in locations where rodents or their signs have been seen. Protect bait from rain and snow. Remove as much alternative food as possible.
RATS: Apply 4-16 Place Pacs (usually at intervals of 15-30 feet) per placement. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease to appear.
HOUSE MICE: Place 1 Place Pac at 8-12 foot intervals. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 15 days or until signs of mouse activity cease to appear.
FOLLOW-UP: Replace contaminated or spoiled bait immediately. Using waterproof gloves, collect and dispose of all dead, exposed animals and leftover bait. To prevent reinfestation, limit sources of rodent food, water, and harborage as much as possible. If re-infestation does occur, repeat treatment. Where a continuous source of infestation is present, establish permanent bait stations and replenish as needed.
